振明《当普贤遇上佛陀06》心得报告

1        I am do not have the memory of remarkable memory like Ananda. As we age memory deteriorates. If I have sleep deprivation, it worsen. Hence, it is necessary for me to get good quality and quantity sleep.

2        Yesterday, I was rushing to help my wife send her car to service centre and it is late and I have to conduct a training session at 9 am. As I was driving in an anxious state because I am going to be late to work, I asked myself “What am I doing NOW” then I started to let go of what happen that cause the lateness (which is past and nothing can be done) and then my anxiousness lessen even though I know I am going to be late and focus on the my driving. Eventhough there was jam I was calmer in my driving. Informing my boss a day before that I will be late does helps to reduce the anxiousness as less thing to focus in the morning rush. Daily practices is so important to function.

3        At the service centre, I was still anxious but the whole process with my wife was quite good as compared to previous experience we may have gotten into quarrel She has also improved a lot in managing her anger and emotions.

4        In the evening, the incidences was not so good and we had some argument, probably due to the rushing and the impatient in both of us after so much rushing and hard work during the day. Hence, I need more hard practice.

【 "What am I doing NOW?" is really a good sword for cutting off delusions. Every happening is not good not bad, every happening can become our opportunity to practice "listen, appreciate, accept 聆听,欣赏,接纳". Keep trying.
